Yes, The Sunnyside Daycare is a licensed facility through the State of New Mexico state licensing agency. 

We are currently a 2-star facility but we are working with the FOCUS program to become a 3-star facility.

We are currently licensed for children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. 

All teachers are required to have their 45 hour certificate within the first 6 months of employment if they don't already have it when starting at The Sunnyside Daycare.  In addition to the 45 hour certificate every staff member is required to maintain continuing education credits to adhere to state licensing requirements as well as the additional requirements set forth by FOCUS. 

Currently our tuition rates are:

Under 2 - $195 per week

2 and over - $175 per week

After school care (while school is in session) - $115 per week

The Sunnyside Daycare does not currently offer a part time rate.  Each child is billed at the full time rate and you can bring your child as much or as little as you would like.

Yes, we accept full time state assistance for tuition. 

The Sunnyside Daycare has cameras in each of the rooms and hallways. The cameras can be viewed on displayed monitors in admin office. Parents are welcome to view cameras within facility but these cameras are not available to be seen from outside the daycare facility for safety reasons.  

We use a system/app called Procare.  This systems allows parents to have direct access to teachers, admin, see a summary of their child's day.  

We have a secure door system that only parents of enrolled children may access, anyone else must ring the bell and be let into the building by a member of the staff.  Each person that is authorized to pick up/drop off a child has a unique code so the system can tell who dropped off/picked up children.
